Enhance your understanding of how human factors influence behaviour.
Fundamentals of Human Factors in healthcare is a one-day interactive workshop designed to build your knowledge of human factors and how they influence behaviour in the healthcare workplace. By understanding the effects of teamwork, tasks, working environment and organisational culture on human behaviour, you will be better equipped to work productively to enhance clinical performance and patient care.
Whether you’re new to human factors, or looking to enhance your understanding in order to lead and manage more effectively, this CPD-accredited session offers a practical and structured approach to human factors for all healthcare professionals working at all levels and in all specialties.
